Chris came to town with Ben because Pawnee was going bankrupt and they were a team of state auditors. Chris was the "good cop" to Ben's "bad cop". Chris always says that he will be the "first" person to live to 150 years old.
Chris has dated Ann off and on for a couple of years. They decided to not get married but to live together and to still have kids. Just recently they moved to Michigan
