Andy Dwyer
Andy Dwyer is one of the funniest characters on Parks and Rec he is not very smart but he can sometime surprise you. Sometimes he pretends he is a FBI agent named Burt Macklin. He has had a few occupations during the show like; Shoe Shinist, Musician, Assistant, and Possum tackler.
He is married to April Ludgate, and he previously dated Ann Perkins. His marriage didn't seem like it would last but it has with hardly any problems.
